The platform
SOURCEIT.DIRECT is a technology platform that facilitates discovery and communication between users. SOURCEIT.DIRECT does not sell third-party goods or services, does not act as the seller or service provider, does not set third-party prices, does not collect or hold payments for third-party goods or services, and does not charge commission on transactions between users. Buyers/customers and sellers/service providers are responsible for discussing and agreeing on their own commercial terms and using appropriate payment methods. SOURCEIT.DIRECT platform fees apply only to eligible SOURCEIT.DIRECT services.
Your responsibilities
You agree to post accurate information, respect other users, and follow all applicable laws. You are responsible for your own transactions, goods and services.
Provider independence
Providers and businesses on SOURCEIT.DIRECT are independent. They are responsible for their own products, services, pricing, and offline transactions.
Prohibited conduct
No scams, fraud, harassment, hate speech, illegal products or services, impersonation, or spam. Violations lead to removal and may be reported to authorities.
Service charges & no commission
SOURCEIT.DIRECT charges only for eligible platform services. Regular requests are free; optional Priority, Urgent/Emergency and Unlock charges are disclosed at checkout before confirmation. Paid tiers are platform charges, not payments to providers, and they never guarantee a provider, seller, response or successful transaction. We never take commission on transactions between users. Final legal wording is subject to review for applicable jurisdictions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOURCEIT.DIRECT is not liable for the quality, safety, legality or outcome of transactions between users.
